• Effective interfacing, communication and relationship management between the company and assigned Clients
• ensuring service delivery, requests and issue resolution for assigned Clients as well as 3rd party service providers
• Efficient delivery and leadership in end to end project management of major jobs involving coordination among internal and external teams
• Front office responsibilities,and general office and product stock flows/management
• Any other related tasks or job deliverable as requested by the MD/CEO.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER will report to the MD/CEO, an OND holder with 1 year related experience is required and must possess the following skills:
Strategy & tact-driven, Positive results oriented, Negotiation skills, Effective communication and people skills, Ability to work under pressure, inclined to networking & meeting people, More than average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Report Writing skills
